Agile project management is the key to success. It’s about working flexibly and interactively. The Agile methodology initially was used in the IT sector, today also in other areas.
The principles of Agile methodology and its application in practice will be the subject of the ABE Light conference, organized by the Vistula University and the Agile Warsaw group. The event will take place on March 7, 2020, at the Vistula campus, in hours 1:45 pm – 7:30 pm. A busy day will end with a wonderful party.
ABE Light is a younger and more modest version of the AgileByExample conference. “Product and service development” will be the theme of this year’s event edition. The program includes presentations and 6 parallel workshops. You will receive specific knowledge about agile project management techniques and tips on how to apply it in practice. You will learn, among others:
Gojko Adzic, a recognized strategic software delivery consultant will give a inaugural lecture. He specializes in improving the quality of Agile and Lean; is a laureate of the European Software Testing Outstanding Achievement Award 2016 and “Most Influential Agile Testing Professional Award 2011”.
Outstanding specialists in the field of Agile methodology will conduct workshops. There will be a lot of practice, useful tips and examples from life.
