Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology - Bach Khoa offers Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical & Electronic for international students, with scholarship and financial aid consideration, opportunities to transfer to partner universities in Australia, USA.

OVERVIEW 

The program is a part of the National Project and operates according to the latest curriculum from UIUC (USA).

This program encompasses the technological advances in electrical and electronic engineering, with the ‘electrical’ element referring to the larger scale distribution of electricity and ‘electronic’ element referring to smaller scale circuits. Students will learn how to put theory into practice by prototyping electronic designs and building projects through experimentation in the laboratory. Students will design and develop systems while working on real-world problems sourced from our research, community and industry partners.  cover the scientific concepts, design and methods relating to electrical and electronic engineering products, processes and systems. It was developed to apply advanced training technology from United States partner universities.

CAREER OPPORTUNITY 

Students graduating from the Electrical & Electronic Engineering program are expected to work on advanced motor technologies, power electronics technologies, electric and electronic circuit development, sensing and control technologies, software development, development of electric systems of hybrid and electric vehicles, and so on. They will be able to working for software outsourcing companies in the USA, Japan and Europe markets.

There are a large number of companies that regularly recruit Electrical and Electronic Engineering graduates. Some of the better known companies include: Rolls-Royce, BP, Jaguar Land Rover, Shell.

TRANSFER OPPORTUNITIES
Students have 2 options:

Option 1:

Students study at HCMUT – Bach Khoa for 4 years and get the Bachelor of Electrical & Electronic Engineering awarded by HCMUT – Bach Khoa.

Option 2:

After completing 02 years at HCMUT – Bach Khoa, students with financial and academic eligibility may transfer to our partner universities the later 02 years to complete their study for Bachelor degree. The official bachelor degree is awarded by the partner universities.

Students may transfer to our following partner universities in USA and Australia for the last 2 years to complete their degree and receive an official bachelor degree awarded by:

• Catholic University of America (USA)

• Rutgers University (USA)
