The Vistula Group of Universities, which consists of the Vistula University, Vistula School of Hospitality, the University of Business in Wroclaw, and Olsztyn University, expresses its highest solidarity and support with the citizens of Ukraine in this challenging period.

At the Vistula we always cherished the value of tolerance, dialogue, mutual respect, learning, and cooperation for the common good. Thanks to this, we have built a truly international environment for our students, alumnus, and academics. The aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine, the violation of Ukraine’s territorial sovereignty and the annexation of part of her land are not only in contradiction with fundamental international laws. They hurt our core values. This is a tragedy for Ukraine’s citizens, our students and the Vistula family at large.

We strongly condemn these actions. We call for the halt, de-escalation of conflict, looking for peace and cooperative security. The Vistula family will do everything to help our Ukrainian students in these circumstances. We are proud of you, and we will always stand by you!
